Our four phase process.
Phase 1 - Definition of Search-Assessment, Research and Planning.
- Gathering client information on products, market, competitors and
overall market conditions - Detailed information on product advantages and disadvantages
- Defining job specification
Phase 2 – Recruiting the Candidate
- Identify complete list of "Top" candidates performing this position
- Contacting candidate listed in research and evaluating their qualifications
- Completing a final candidate list based on extensive call and networking lists
Phase 3 – Candidate Presentation
- Scheduling interviews & coordinating travel
- Obtaining and providing feedback to both candidate and client
- Providing additional candidates to the pipeline
Phase 4 – Reference Checking and Professional Offer Negotiations
- Obtaining references from each final candidates
- Pursue nonsolicited reference checks
- Personally check reference and provide results to client
- Assist with the offer negotiation and close
- Stay active with candidate through resignation process
